Statement of Faith

WE BELIEVE: The Holy Scriptures are the inspired, infallible, inerrant, eternal Word of God as given by the Holy Spirit;

In one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit;

In the literal creation of the world including the historicity of Genesis 1:11, and the creation of the universe all through the agency of the Son;

In the Lord Jesus Christ as true God and true Man; His virgin birth, spotless humanity; vicarious, substitutionary, atoning death; literal, physical, bodily resurrection, present advocacy, and His personal, imminent, physical, bodily return for His church;

In the fall of man, resulting in his complete and universal separation from God and his resultant need of salvation;

In the personality and destructive purposes of Satan, which is the chief adversary of God and His church; and that his purpose will ultimately be thwarted by the supreme and sovereign plan of Almighty God, and that he will be cast eternally into the lake of fire with the antichrist and false prophet;

That the Lord Jesus Christ died and shed His blood as a sacrifice for the sins of the whole world, and that He is mankind's only Savior:
That Salvation is free and an everlasting gift of God, entirely apart from works; that every person who receives salvation doe so by personal repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ; that a soul once saved can never be lost;

That the Holy Spirit regenerates with divine life, and personally indwells in the believer upon his profession of faith in Jesus Christ for salvation;

In bodily resurrection of both the saved and unsaved;

In the unending life of the saved with the Lord in heaven and the unending punishment of the unsaved in hell, eternally separated from God;

In the responsibility of each believer, motivated by the love of Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit, to witness for Christ and to live sacrificially for the proclamation of the Gospel into all the world.
